I have watched your videos and it’s been a blessing to me. I do have a question in regards to white ink. None of my designs have a coat of white on image but the print is coming out okay. What does this mean? How do I get the white ink to cover design?
I copied everything and adjusted it. The first print for me is completely black and white even though the image is in color and is also displayed in color. The second press spits out a blank page. So the printer prints or pretends to, but there is no image. With the third print - if you hold the paper in the light - you can see very fine contours of the print. Any idea what's going wrong here?
Hello and thank you for this detailed video. May I ask, is the Cadlink Software trail version Menu options different than the one you are using; meaning on my trail version there is no " Que " option to set it up..... sorry I am so confused :(
The tape he stated should take care of that. Run the tape the whole width of the back of the sheet where it feeds in so it senses the tape. I had the same issue last year.
Hey so I am trying to use free trial for digital factory version 10. I followed your step by step video to convert the printer and get it set up. I was able to get the free version 10 set up but once I am in there it doesn't seem like it is hooked up to my printer and I am not able to print anything. Can you please help me with this?
Thanks for the great videos, my ink order is different from yours as I have white 1 and white 2 in the first and last channels however it's printing fine apart using white2. Is it supposed to wait wait for one white to finish before it uses the other channel or it should use both whites at the same time?
