My dad followed this story since he was 13 reading about it in a readers digest. He was born in '58
My husband and I watched this together from the first. He used to tease me because I thought Marty was so cute. My house burned down in 2018. He was so devastated by the fire and a subsequent diagnosis of his third cancer (Vietnam vet) he died in 2020. I missed many shows when we didn't have a TV. When I finally got access to the show again I binged on it, it brought me a great deal of comfort as I felt that my Joseph was next to me. Thank you Marty!

The only theory I've yet to hear is that the treasure of Oak Island isn't treasure buried by pirates or others. It is that gold was discovered on the island and the shafts and activity is around a mining operation. Perhaps not a major gold find but Galena, which is a lead ore, and carries with it gold and silver as a residual. Ship building, cannon balls, musket balls etc needed lead and having an ore deposit on Oak Island would have meant not needing to go back to Europe to re-arm.
I remember reading the same Reader's Digest article that drew the Lagina bothers in.
There were only nine Knight's Templar originally, they were to protect the people as they traveled, but they were looking for Solomon's treasures, they found it in the rubble of the temple and took it to England.

I read that readers digest story as a kid. Was fascinated by that story. The history of Europeans being in the America's long before Columbus has been interesting and why I have been watching. I believe though that the treasure was removed long ago. The kids that found the block and tackle hanging from a tree over a depression in the area below is proof for me. The Block and tackle was a X marks the spot. A group hiding a Treasure would not have been careless enough to leave The Block and tackle there if a massive treasure was still underneath, but after removing the treasure and burying the hole so no one falls in, they wouldn't care about leaving it behind. Deep down I am routing for the guys finding some riches if it is still there.

I hope in In time they find something even if it isn't gold or silver. Maybe just artifacts, but the fact that they put all their money into this, knowing that the country and the people in that area. We'll be able to take the money away from noon after they have put all their efforts. I feel they should be given compensation in a great amount of money for the rapper. I do not like any country. That will not send its own explanatory cruise out to look for treasure on old ships in gallienceand then send high pollutant lawyers from other countries to s**** y** out of the money that you spent your money looking for. So when A treasure hunter find something it's his, and Nobody in any country has a right to take it away from especially America like they did those 2 guys. The founnet paddle boat full of gold. They used to make the Alaskan gold run inconvenient, then when they found it. It was outside American territorial waters, and then the United States decided to go oh no, no, we're gonna increase territorial waters now. You owe us after that money, and you have to return any of that money that belongs to any of these companies that are still around insane, I think. It is insane.😂

While it resting place was fresh in there minds 👉👉 Except for cave ends, that was burry.. If i was to burry it? It wouldn't stay there to many years

If it’s so hard for people to believe what I say, then prove me wrong and when I come out with the documents of that island being built in the family members that are mine that built it, you will see that I’m the only one that knows the truth. They are smug and arrogant, and stepping on the toes of my family. I want to take over Rick and Morty‘s family talk about what they did in their life who their family is and isn’t Make my own story and then present it to the world and see how they like it.
