I watched a lot of the shows in the beginning and they put the green dye Into The Money Pit and they didn't see it go out into the waters around the island so they couldn't find the tunnels.
The old black guy who owned the island exploided the treasure long ago and the only thing they are going to find is the bones of the men who helped him dig it out

My family, the Ross and Evelyn family from the plantangents, along with the Sinclair, the Lancaster, Henry Tudor, and the Grays of Woodville.. added to that island land claims and treasures over the last 500+ years. Knowing very well that they descended from ancient Davidic line, families and even children of Jesus Christ. These are my grandparents that island was a vault system of the Knights Templar from the 9th and 10th century..

I agree that shoe is designed for viewer interest hence a $$$$$$. However there are a enough interesting finds that I occasionally come and take a look.
Why do you say that? Can you imagine how much money it takes to do these kinds of exploration that may lead to not finding anything. How is that being greedy. Are all archeological digs just greed? It has been a history lesson so far. As hard as they work I hope they find tresure. They deserve it for all the time they have spent at it.

I have watched all of the shows. What I don’t understand is why they can’t go around the shoreline and find the flood tunnel and cap it off.
