I always enjoy it when a sequel, or DLC like this, gives you a new perspective on another character that you'd met in the game, and shows you their side of the story. I can't think of many examples, though.
You can spare Billie with high Chaos level, by using sedative bolt instead of execution. Or at least I remember it that way. If I remember it right, game do aknowledge this.

I see al of your Creepy Bad Endings,Creepy Moments,More Powerful/weak characters on videogames and Crap Comics,but never the same day you upload (only 2 or 3 videos of Tails Abuse Comments and 1 Creepy Moment video). You really need more views in your channel,the style of your videos (Text and opinion) is really god. I am mexican and talk spanish,but i understand all of your videos (only the parts on videos with voice,like the after video (Creepy Bad Endings 50#). And for you i love much more the SRPG's,like Fire Emblem or Advance Wars (and i really like if you do more videos of "The worst levels ever" with more missions of Advance Wars 2/Dual Stricke/Days of Ruin. The missions with Hawke,Crystal Calamity or the final mission with Caulder (in order of each game and mission). Finally,i only need to say,i love your videos. Not necessarily. You can still slaughter every assassin (including Daud) and still get Corvo's Low Chaos ending, so long as you minimize killing in the rest of the game. You need to kill about 20% of all NPCs for High Chaos, and the Whaler Assassins are only really common in the Flooded District. Likewise, sparing Daud won't change anything if you've been going High Chaos up to this point.
BONUS ENDING!! : If you Were Clean Hands Completionist in 2 Daud's DLC, Daud and His man Was Choked Unconcious by Corvo, Corvo Steal all his and his Crew's Money, And Write him a Message Before Daud And His Crew Awoke, And it Says "I Know You Killed The Empress, I Know You're that Bastard Burton's Hired Assassin So You Take His Orders, But How About this? I never hated Daud, even in my first playtrhough. I was thinking "Well, he problably was paid to do this, so he was only doing his job, nothing personal". And that's why I only killed Daud in the main game in my only high chaos playthrough (That I only did to get a trhophy). And now, after watching this video, I fell that I made the right choice
Very good on this video and all of dishonered. Not to be a recommend person, but I suggest maybe looking up the danganronpa series. It's a little like phoenix wright, but the person who's guilty gets exicuted, and you get to watch the exicutions, there were also some cut ones. Oh it also has a bad ending too.
+The Monster King true true, but one unique thing with danganronpa is that the student gets killed off depending on what talents he or she have, and you get to watch the exicution as well. EX: in DR 2 there is a cheif student whos the ultimate cook, his death is being dropped in a volcano filled with burning oil that skewers him to death.
This game is really cruel. It punishes you for defeating enemies. When I play video games I just see enemies as targets to beat the stuffing out of. There is no rhyme or reason. I destroy because they are bad and I am good. If any game forced me to be a pacifist even to my enemies it would be a hard experience for me. When I play RPGs I defeat the weak to fight the strong, when I play platformers I stomp on the heads of my foes to get them out of my way and score points and coins, when I play adventure games I use my items to fight my way past monster hordes. Never to me has sparing a foe been a mere thought. I fight, I conqueror and I forge on until I succeed. Needless to say if I played this game I would probably get a terrible ending without even realizing what I did wrong.
