I love hazelnuts in cookies in all their forms! Even if they go beyond ground and start turning into butter it's still good, you get clumps of a richer hazelnut area, and variety is kind of the point of these cookies, no? Thanks for the tip re. roughing up the tops after they've baked, I've never seen that before, will definitely try that on my next batch.
Missed so many opportunities to highlight recipes that use food scraps that normally go to waste, or use less meat, or utilize seasonal produce and instead you picked this silly recipe. A video about how amazing real composting is would have been super cool too and something every chef or home cook should be doing. Please plan a more meaningful series for next year
Sounds like you have lots of ideas. I encourage you to make that exact type of video on your own page. Maybe Nea should also touch on the current state of greenhouse gases and corporations’ roles in global warming next time too. It’s a cookie recipe video.

Exactly! I love the variety you get with ground nuts
They look yummy! One of my favorite things to bake is cookies too. ❤❤

She says, "I'm going to give them a good slam on the counter"...
But, proceeds to slam them on the stove🤔😆🤣🙃😂❤️
🤭
fun video but the camera is really shaky / which I do not love ... please pass it along, thank you
Agreed, and what's with the random guy wandering in and out of the video in the background? Really distracting.
Ah, put a cookie in it why don’t ya!
Ummm that is not COMPOST. 🤦🏻 SMH
maybe not call it 'compost' cookies. in my head i hear compost, i equate it to waste/garbage. maybe something else like amalgam/merger/combo
You’ve never heard of a compost cookie before?
@@cesar.ramon.perez.medero i'm afraid not. first time. maybe it's a difference of cultures. that's why it sounded weird
It's like kitchen sink cookies! Perfect for leftover candy, snacks, chips, etc
How can you say the word "compost cookie" and not even mention Christina Tosi!?
She didn’t invent the compost cookie.
She’s mentioned in the recipe description!

You’d make quite the director.

They don't even compost! Another recent video showed a casual toss of egg shells into the trash.
