- This video is best viewed in full screen mode. I had a great day on the range today with 22LR and my new phone skope attachment for my spotting scope. After Bedding my rifle, having the barrel threaded and crown recessed thought I would see what ammo it liked best of the expensive stuff.

Lapua Center-X & Midas would need 3-5 targets @ 5rds each before I could distinguish the better of the two - by maybe, what, 1/16"..?

my 455 shoots bug holes all day and night long with wolf match target and extra.. target does better for some reason even tho its cheaper but I love the stuff I would and do use it in matches,,,
Might as well get an Anschutz and save time since it already comes with all the accuracy related improvements from factory.

Hey my friend! I have a CZ 452 American that requires very tight action screw setting and the one ammo that it shoots into one hole at 55 yards is Aguila super extra velocity! I would give that ammo a try before doing much else...
Thanks Mike. I have not put the CZ in a video lately just think it needed more break in. It really like SK+ and SK Long Range.

another vote for wolf match target in the 455. It is more accurate than I am.
The Federal UM not grouping well... it's not you. Welcome to how sensitive rimfires are to daily changes in temp and humidity. Windy day the horizontal makes sense, but the vertical is just what rimfires do. You either test a ton of ammo to find something that doesn't go vertical in your rifle, or you use a tuner and make the rifle shoot the ammo. All of that ammo should easily group under 1/2", if it doesn't and it's vertical, tuning of the barrel is usually the root cause.

Have you modified the trigger?
I used the mcarbo spring kit from www.mcarbo.com/cz-custom-accessories.aspx got my trigger pull down from 4pounds to 1.8pounds with 100percent ignition so far.

No not shooting that fast. I had to cut out the wait time between shots or the video would have been 1hour 10minutes long.

@@luiscavazos8026 I am sure you will love it. I have not seen a bad CZ yet in person. This was when the barrel was not really broken in. Now that the barrel is broke in maybe it is time for another video it shoots much better and I understand what all the hype is about CZ 22's now. On breaking in the barrel some subscriber to patches and flitz.
