- Using extruded alloy to make our roof rack has enabled us to easily mount accessories to include 4 x solar panels, a deck system and a 5g antenna all easily avoiding 2 x Maxxair vents
In this vlog we show you how easy it is to mount a Fiamma F45s Awning to the extruded rack using the supplied brackets and a simple adaptation.

Thanks James, I bet you can't wait to get cracking.
I still think we aught to film your progress.... maybe a monthly "What has James done this month"!
mate, your videos are gold! I'm looking to stick a small deck on the back (based on your deck video) couldn't work out how to deal with the awning which is already fitted and now I found this vid!! Thank you! Can I tap you up for more details?
That's great news Rob, so glad you like the vlogs and are finding them useful.
Don't hesitate to get in touch, you can also find us on Facebook at MyWay Adventure.

Best wishes,
Paul and Nicky
thanks Paul. I'll add you on FB and drop you a message!
Be aware stainless steel and aluminium do not go well together in a wet environment. They react electrolytically, if I remember correctly the stainless erodes the aluminium. I think zinc plated steel it a better option. Steve
It does Steve you are absolutely correct.
Years of Land Rover Restoration taught me that.
Quantities of copper grease will go a long way to helping with that problem and I have been coating fixings with Lanoguard and the occasional spray of WD40.
