He's a very smart guy and spills the beans on Wendi's narcisitic behaviour and Charlie's crazy statements. He explains the absolute hatred the Adelson's family had for Dan Markel. His testimony will be huge when the DA goes after Wendi and Donna.

It's crazy when you you sit back and realize that ALL of this was caused by a wealthy family's ego. They were probably used to bullying people and couldn't handle the fact that Dan was smarter and could work the legal system better than any lawyer they could hire. I'm pretty sure Wendy and Donna will never be charged but for the rest of their lives they will have to sit and stew in the reality that all this could have been avoided if they were a little more amicable in the divorce. The defense attorney is one of the worst attorneys I’ve ever seen. So disorganized. When cross examining witnesses and they disagreed - he showed no proof to back up his claims.

This is one of the greatest summations yet. Grandparent visitation is “unconstitutional” per Wendi was sickening to hear. Prior to the Dan Markel Act, there were no grandparent rights with regard to minor children of divorced parents. However, if you have nothing to hide and you wish to foster a grandparent relationship with the paternal grandparents, what is the issue? Narcissism at its finest and pretty scary that she holds a law license in the state of Florida.

Update! Charlie was found guilty and will be sentenced in December. His Mom Donna was arrested today at Miami International Airport trying to flee the country. She was charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder. She is going to be transferred to Leon County jail in Tallahassee.

I literally coiled back from my phone when he spoke about (Peace be upon him) Dan Markel's "Coffin" like that. That man's Mother was in the court room. When I seen her get up and walk out, my heart broke for her.

So many things in this case make no sense.
1) Why would Charlie's girlfriend at the time ever do this to his sister's husband without Charlie's involvement? She would have NO motive whatsoever.
2) Why would Charlie without any influence whatsoever, choose to risk his entire life to help his sister have an easier time with her custody battle?
None of these pieces are fitting together without BOTH Charlie and Wendi being involved. If Wendi was distraught and coerced her brother into helping her to find people to kill her ex, now THAT would make some sense. Wendi covered her tracks well, leaving her brother to hang.

Do you really think her lawyer didnt do everything they could to get her to take that deal? A lawyer can't make thier client take a plea deal. Katie explained why she wouldnt take that deal, she couldn't betray her babies daddy and she thought she would be found not guilty. Onviously she isnt a very smart person, no reason to blame her lawyer.
I’m sure her attorney did. But she really thought that she was smarter, could effectively lie on the stand, and would get a huge payoff from the Adelson family when she thought she’d be found not guilty with reasonable doubt.
