Wow, you are the ONLY channel to discuss this difference!! We literally were on our way to pick up our non-ultimate Lariat when I found your video. We are waiting on a new order thanks to you.
Glad I could help!! Best of luck you will love your new truck...I know where a beautiful Tremor Platinum HO in Glacier grey is available! Check out my last video on that truck if your interested in it.
It’s more than just trim. I have a 23 XL and I have it. That is because it is required with Pro Trailer Backup Assist that you could order on lower trim trucks in 23. They did away with the option availability on XL and XLT in 24.
I have a 2023 F350 Lariat Tremor with the 6.7 H.O. Diesel (not the Lariat Ultimate, I actually ordered my truck specifically without the ultimate package), but anyway I have the steering assist. I could provide proof with a picture if you would like.
Thanks for watching! Good point, Tremor may require it due to trail turn assist feature! I will look into this. I have not seen a Lariat tremor non ultimate! very cool combo!
Very interesting. One of the first things I noticed on my '23 F250 Tremor Lariat Ultimate 6.7 HO (try saying all that 5 times real fast) was how planted it was in wind, and especially how it doesn't blow sideways when passing big rigs' front draft...like, at all. It's solid as a rock. Now I wonder how much this adaptive steering component attributes to that.
Now I know why the Platinum I drove rode that much better vs the Lariat. I have a 2020 7.3 Lariat now and most likely get another lariat but with the Ultimate package. I have had adaptive steering on my previous SD and it definitely made a difference. Thanks for the info.
Have this on 2023 Lariat NOT ultimate! Ordered 52T Towing Technology package and this is included as well as adaptive cruise and more. Think this is part of Pro Trailer backup assist.
I need to update this...I have found out 3 ways to get this package now..Ultimate+, tow technology package, and Tremor package! Thank you for your comments and thank you for watching!!
Excellent job on this video. Nobody is highlighting this on the new super duty. I really wish Ford would make this a standalone option again or standard. In 23 it was a standalone option im pretty sure on all trims.
Right, not a new feature. A lot of misinformation in this video. It was first brought to the Super Duty in 2020. At first it was standard on XLT and up. It's also what makes pro trailer back up assist possible.
I’m not huge fan of the assist type systems usually but I must say that the one my 250 lariat is fantastic. It works very well and I actually enjoy using it on the hi-way.
For what it's worth, my 2023 F350 lariat (no ultimate) tremor has that bracket. Maybe tremors all have it? Maybe I just have a weird build? Just thought I'd share
Thanks for the video ! I got 16k on my 7.3 . No issues and 13mpg average . Had previously 21 F250 xlt premium 6.2-3:73 and a 19 F250 xl stx 6.2-3:73 . This is a huge step up
I'm one of those guys who likes the tech in these newer vehicles and hate it at the same time lol. Too much shit to go wrong. Plus the price of these things is getting ridiculous.

I have a lariat ultimate diesel, its a great system. Easy turning at slow speeds, tighter at highway speeds. eliminating death wobble.
Its awesome! Thanks for watching!
My 2024 Platinum has it and I really love it. So far the best truck i've owned.
Awesome. Thanks for sharing
Basically, if you have Trailer Backup assist, you’ll have electronic assist steering.
That’s makes sense. Thanks for the comments

wow good to know! Thanks for watching!

Thanks for watching, I am guessing it has a big impact on it. I have drive a few dozen 2023 and 2024 trucks and its noticeable going Down the road!
Have a 2023 F250 with Tremor package and Standard Lariat with this steering assist system on it.
Awesome feature!!

Thanks for watching! I Cant recall in 23 if it was standalone or not but my 23 had it, and I think its a great option!
what do you think about the different colored price stickers on the trucks? one is blue one is green.
Dealer order vs customer order...thats the difference in colors
@@CTECH-REVIEW thanks!
I have a 2022 standard lariat with this feature because it's part of the pro trailer backup assist.
Awesome!! Thanks for watching!

Thanks sir! I did find out all Tremors come with this Technology! you my friend are lucky!
I have that on my 23 lariat tremor non ultimate
Yes sir...I found out all Tremors get it from factory! Great option! thank you for watching.
Thanks for the video ! I got 16k on my 7.3 . No issues and 13mpg average . Had previously 21 F250 xlt premium 6.2-3:73 and a 19 F250 xl stx 6.2-3:73 . This is a huge step up
I have it on my regular Lariat 2023 Tremor. 7.3 gas.
Yes! I just confirmed all Tremors get it XLT/Lariat/Ultimate/KR/Platinum! A huge reason to get a Tremor is getting this feature!
I have that on a non ultimate 250, non tremor
Thank you for the comments and for watching!
do you have the tow technology package?
My 22 had that
lucky dog!

I agree on all points!
Just another Ford thing to break & cost $5K in repairs after warranty! 😂
haha! Thanks for watching!
