Cannot understand how someone would spend a lot of cash on such an item, then if broken just leave it open to the elements? At least put a tarp over the hatches or close them.

I’ve counted 4 or 5 tanks in the background and that one makes about 6 tanks at least just sitting dead in a field. Some of those tanks don’t look so weathered either. If you don’t mind by me asking, where and why are military grade armored vehicles like that just sitting out in the open for anyone to just have?
I'd just love to get stuck in to that baby which is crying out for a bit of TLC. Please get it back to a run-able status at least guys. It's a crying shame in my opinion, one of the worlds greatest tanks in its hey day, left to rot and forgotten about. Cannot wait to see the follow up video...

I wish I could just run across a tank in a field around where I live and take it home. I really love repairing, restoring, and modifying cars, trucks, and bikes. this would be a dream project for me and I'd restore everything to working order including the gun lol. stock up on the old ammo and have something that says "STAY OFF MY LAWN!"
I used to be a crewman on one of these. Sad to see it in that state. We used to have to keep them so clean.

That tank has now doubled in value. Get it up and running. Clean it up with a powerwasher. Grease everything up. Then sell it.
