Besides technique, there is also pure and heart-warming emotional expression, that is scarce even among "esteemed" artists. I think that Trottman has that. And it is what makes any technical details disappear. The way she opens her hands ("ma per buttarmi in Arno"), the tragic exaggeration of "tttt" in "buttarmi"...well I'm at a loss for words for this performance of hers.
