Cedrick, you hit the nail on the head! I was just discussing with my wife this very thought of how much she has progressed, she's more confident and more animated which is quite noticeable. I'm sure you have noticed in the 2016 video th-cam.com/video/_NjHTDXj1Vg/w-d-xo.html (at 3:10) the notes do note meld together there is a jump or a gap on notes. In the 2020 video here th-cam.com/video/qxI20s7yyn0/w-d-xo.html(at 4:21) the same notes are definitely better blended a far better transition from note to note with no gap. She a marvelous talent and good looking, she's a GODDESS.
I love her emotional performances. You can truly feel what the character is feeling even without knowing Italian. She is one of my favorite opera performers. Very talented. I look up to her.
