It's rough for me to sell to people with a better than you ego and people that are not open. I close up. How can I overcome this to serve them as well? I realized I'm being a bad sales person by being this way and I'm ready to change to be better
From my experience it’s staying calm and being confident, my mentor told me guys like that are trying to get you to crack first, so be educated, confident, practice your rebuttals and stand your ground
If they're not open cause they don't need your product then it's just a good clear sign to hang up. If they're just big ego guys or mean, if you manage to hold your frame as an expert and just ask them qualifying questions, some of them will notice the discrepancy and feel embarrassed. If a person has a big emotional shift from angry or holier than though to calm or feeling guilty, it's also something that will work much better in your favor. Being able to create large shifts in people like that creates a ton of rapport.
Under any conditions you will find that the 80/20 rule play a vital role in life and in your business you can even solve data by analyzing it in the 80 20 to improve results
I am a half hour in and yet to hear one actionable selling behavior to engage in. Is this video really 6 hours of platitudes, self congratulations and random business observations?
@@goldstandardpersonalgrowth I meant to come back and update my initial response. I kept slogging through he video. It doesn't really start until an hour in.
