Try inserting another sim card by removing the case and open the sim card tray and inserting a different sim card. Also can you try making another video about inserting a different sim card on this tablet.
It might be because the chip is either damaged or you might not be putting it correctly into the slot. Or maybe the slot is damaged. I’m not really an expert at these stuff so I recommend you contact your device carrier

The on button should be on the top left corner of the tablet. It will be by the volume buttons.

Do sky pad 10, skytex sky pad 10s and sky pad 10 max have the same firmware and accept the same update?

No the skytex sky pad 10s is too old to accept the same update as the sky pad 10 max and sky pad 10

No you can not. It doesn’t have that feature like the Samsung tablets or iPad. It’s like a knock off kind of thing
