The Ford versions of the ranger are different from the rest of the world like for Africa, and Europe. We get the diesel versions, and they is a new 2.0 Bi-turbo engine.
Why towing backwards..
That rear suspension looks really high with all that weight in the back. why is that? 1:50

Why does the animation show a 5 cylinder engine?
nutz4all it is a 5 cylinder.
This is the European or rest of the world set up. 3.2l 5cyl diesel 6sp auto. The front bumper is the dead giveaway that this is not a U.S. spec. truck. We get a steel two piece bumper with plastic upper.
The new Global Ranger was on sale overseas & south of the border 2-3 yrs before we got them.
