Excellent training. Knowledge is power. I prefer elbow strikes any day over first strikes. I've learned a lot from this video especially the foot movement as you strike. Thank you so much sir.
This is really good instruction! Can you explain more about the horizontal elbow being tight? I am not sure how to execute that. Bring the forearm closer to the bicep?💪 Yhank you again
Im only 5 feet tall, if the ataker is taller than me, i don't think it will work. Any suggestions? Please. I love ho you explain everything and your sense of humor 😂
Thank you for your precise explanations!
Glad it was helpful!

Yeah... that's totally the type of pranks I'd do to my Krav Maga friends...
Great explanations!

You are incredibly talented at explaining this to a old dum dum like myself. Well done brother.

Yes exactly, not just to protect your elbow but also to make it more stiffer
I would have thought that you could elbow from more distance if you close the distance by stepping quickly forward, whilst performing the move.
Absolutely, but in my opinion you should elbow hits when you’re already close to the other person 👊🏼
I'm being bullied at school and I was told today that I'm going to be smashed tomorrow by a bunch of year nines (I'm a year 7) so this will help a lot

This elbow to the side doesn't have enough force.
