I have a few things to note:
1- TH-cam has said do you want the English translation of the Ork language, from previous comments, great job to you both 😂
Second, this is one of the few channels that get into the fun side of Orks and the other factions. "Hey, dats me gubbinz!" Pure perfection
Dwarfs fighting orcs in tight spaces?! This is the most WHFB 40K game

Theres no tight spaces in WFB. Terrain is almost non existent.
@@Stonehorn lol. Depends in tournaments there actually was quite a lot of terrain and it was extremely important to maneuver well near it (especially in earlier editions)
The "Both Win, Space Victory" bit was amazing.
So good to see Spider enjoying the agony and ecstasy of being an Ork player.

Every time I see them I can't believe how much Fletcher upgraded the look of these Votan. His paint job makes them actually look interesting. And with this - my condolences to Chef - just a two more weeks to go ;)

I know Lawrence always threw shade on the Ork's for not fitting into the 40k setting but i haven't seen him have this much fun with a army in a long time.

Weird, because Orks are one of the OG factions in the game!
@@Ethilith when I first got into 40k the Orks didn’t make sense in the setting, but the longer I play they just make sense. They fit perfectly into the 40k Universe.
This is what makes Boarding Actions special, players taking new armies with what is normally a massively intimidating amount of rules and slowly learn them rather than giving them a Biblical amount of things all at once. I'm happy Spider got to (finally) play Orks, and I hope more of y'all can try armies you've never/rarely played.

Honestly I love the idea of Boarding Actions being part of a Narrative, or heck even a Crusade, sort of campaign. The fact they're so quick to play I could totally see you guys doing a 'round robin' sort of tournament too as a special event.

Love the boarding action games, nice fun smaller games where you can bring very fun weird lists with no worry about broken strats, WLTs or relics
why do some people like boarding action so much? Isn't just another Kill Team? For me it seems that way, a worse Kill Team.
@@genjurokibagami821 I do not know kill team very well, but from whgat i do know, boarding actiuon takes away all the complexities that kill team adds that normal 40k doesnt bother with, eg flsh wounds, special roles etc
@@kat2667 I'd rather they made Kill Team more fluid (meaning getting rid of some of those complexities) than come up with another game mode that fills the same niche.

Can I just say how much I enjoy the small point battles. I remember when 1250 was a HUGE battle but now 2000 is the de rigeur, and while it's fun, I feel like it's more book-keeping whereas 500, 750, and 1000pt games just seem to be so much fun. Having said that, you guys make watching 2k games more enjoyable.

This scenario reminds me of the old White Dwarf article 40k/Paranoia cross-over scenario which was literally lots of Orks with heavy weapons in enclosed spaces! V wholsesome!

P.S. I have been starting a kabalite force inspired by the Spider and want to know how he would approach boarding actions from a DRUKHARI Kabalite perspective. (Wychs and covens just ain’t it).
That’s an easy one mate! An Archon and Incubi, then fill the rest with Kabalites. Hold swap the Incubi for Trueborn too. I would take as many Blasters as possible across everything 😅😅😅🕷
@@tabletoptactics no love for Drazhar and incubi? Then fill the rest with kabalites with blasters. Also, I don’t think we can use a master Archon so no trueborn unfortunately.
Current list is Drazhar, 2 squads 5 incubi, 5 warriors with a blaster, sword and blast pistol, and 10 warriors with 2 blasters, sword and a splinter cannon
Ah yes, Master Archon would be out unless they update the rules in the future. Drazhar is obviously immense in Boarding Action - but I’ll be honest, he’s likely TOO powerful. So I would only take him if you know your opponent is also running some serious heat!
Fair, I hadn’t thought about it much but he might blend too hard for the lesser races to handle. Until an abbadon knocks his block off.
normally i default to automatic dwarf support, if you're playing dwarves i'm pulling for you....... but when Lawrence explained his "reasoning" for bring rocket boys, i instantly switched sides.
This is the way.
Boarding Actions seems to generate some wholesome fun for all.
As someone with a decade-long project army seeing fully painted votann up and about nowadays makes me feel a certain kind of way.
I love Orks and I love boarding action!
Spider's joy is only to be matched by The Chef's grim determination to get the game over with as quickly as possible, win or lose.

Also ... the first wound on the Mega-Nob was NOT by the Dwarfs Weapons... actually it was so embarassing for the Ork-Boss that he hit his Nob for beeing 'hit' by the enemy causing a wound with said hit hehehe
