These kinds of videos are really helpful even if you already know the basics because you learn a bunch of the little details of the power system you were prior unaware of and you can then use them to help catch people up to speed who don't know DC. I've had to explain more than one how absolutely broken the GLC is not just because of individual members but just as a unit! They literally have to patrol and safeguard DC, one of the wildest universes out there. I think Lantern Powers are so interesting narratively because the way different characters use it can express their different characters, both in terms of their priorities as you mentioned with people forming their first construct based on what they value the most, as well as their emotional state with the level of will a GL has changing their "power level."
Hello bro i got a question what are good stories you recommend if you are new too the Green Lantern. I am not new too comics i enjoy the comics of Batman,Constantine and Swamp Thing

The Question is, can a Green Lantern actually beat Superman? The Answer is Yes, Hal Jordan in particular is the strongest Green Lantern that can defeat Superman.
@@raihothexiv15th37 Their power levels are based on willpower so if one had no willpower then they wouldn't be especially strong but as I said "generally" they can beat Goku.

It's a shame we don't see this in movies. All we see are their constructs being shattered and it's annoying.
In pre crisis, the rings can make the user even achieve a higher dimensionality litterally
