Well-written 682 termination attempts are never about actually killing the damn thing, it's always about seeing how the creature adapts.
If you have to be able to understand what he is saying to be influenced by him, then the easiest thing to do is to surround him with people who don’t understand any language he is able to verbally communicate in. This way is he speaks English to someone who can only understand French, they would not be affected because they can’t understand him. This way, you don’t need to worry about always wearing noise cancelling headphones and potentially having the risk of someone forgetting to wear them or a pair malfunctioning and allowing him to affect them.

I think it would still be a bit risky. Sometimes you don't need to understand what one says to get a general idea of what their trying to say. And even though SCP is international many probably have to learn english for effective communication from it's command headquaters.
