The cf have more torque but less power, so from 0 to 100 are similar but then the ZX6R go faster. The performance of cf are incredible, bear in mind that it costs half than ZX6R.
A tip for gear shifting : never shift on redline / limiter, most engine will lose some power when it's near it's RPM limit, it's better to read the motorcycle specs, for example 675SS - 95HP @11000 RPM, it means the maximum power output (95 HP) is at 11000 RPM, so the most optimal spot to shift is at 10000-11000(max) RPM, anything above 11000 RPM is already a power loss.

In the hands of a pro rider the zx6r cannot be beaten. There's a test that mcn did. Ouf of all the supersports bone stock( zx6r,cbr600,street triple 765 and panigale v2) the zx6r 2024 has the fastest 0-100 and quarter mile simply because of the short gearing it has but in expense of top speed. It got the fastest acceleration beating the panigale v2 that has 102n/m of torque. That zx6r new version is a beast.
I have a big surprise for you. In China zx6 comes equipped with a 38 tooth sprocket instead of 43T, I’ll talk a lot about this nonsense in my next video, but it’s hard to disagree that a professional rider would have beaten me every time on any of these bikes
