The weathering on the sphinx would indicate that it is about 10,000-12,000 years old. Because it has signs of heavy rainfall erosion which only occured about 10,000 bc. There is a few scientists and geologist that have come out and challenged the current timeline of ancient Egypt. Like graham hancock and john anthony west.

The water lines and rain lines on the Sphinx were dated to a time when the Giza Plateau experienced monsoon type rain fall. The last time the Sahara experienced that kind of weather was at the end of the last ice age in about 10,000 BCE (12,000 years ago). It could even be much older than that as the erosion marks due to rainfall could have started showing up before 10,000 BCE

Atlantis, eldorado and many many more historic sites have been around before Egyptian time and before any other recorded history we know of.
They are also called the halls of Amenti.. check out 'The Aquarian edition of the emerald tablets of thoth'. Thoth describes how to get there and what it is. But it's heavily coded. We need a certain level of awareness to understand and use that information.
