@adddetailhiu8556 that connection is filter and not washer... I have tightened it as much as I can.. don't want to use more force as it might damage the thread right?
We were advised by the manufacturer that there are no repair kits for this specific valve at the moment, so we don’t take it apart and only offer a new replacement. Wouldn’t be able to say if it can be altered in any way.
Thanks for the video, I tried to replace but the water keeps dripping from the filter connection, any suggestions
@@nayakanand If the filter washer is new and the face of the joints have been thoroughly cleaned then maybe just need tightening

I noticed they have a 180 model two, I’m wondering if you could just undo the screws on the body and spin the heads?

@@adddetailhiu8556 it’s an expensive repair when replacing the IHPT at roughly £450.00 parts only…then there’s labour to add
