My standard is 70lbs and hes 7 months best dog listens doesn't talk back always wants to be around me would never run away from me loves the water always wants to shower house trained to go out side easy loves kids and is a super fast learner great dog for a family if you have kids already make sure you got extra space on your bed cause somehow like the kids he'll end up on the bed..
I didn’t get to choose. I adopted my standard as an adult because it was being neglected by its former owner. Its size has its challenges living in an apartment but he is sweetest dog. I sometimes joke he ruined my life. But no, I can’t imagine life without him.
I own a mini labradoodle named Odie, the funny thing is he’s twice the size of a normal mini labradoodle and the biggest in his litter! He’s a very good boy but nervous around other dogs, likely due to him being dragged halfway across a dog park by a large dog when he was a puppy, I also own a standard labradoodle named wicket, she’s 40 to 50 pounds and very sweet (and food driven) and a havapoo named max who’s only 10 pounds, he is incredibly sweet
It's unfortunate that there weren't more examples of sizes that included objects for scale reference so that one didn't have to search for a ruler or tape measure.
Yes, absolutely. Highly recommend a standard though in this care. I run with my medium Goldendoodle every couple of days and he only likes to go 2-3 miles before I drop him off at the house and continue running further.
Yes, depends on what is best fit for your needs. I am a senior and only weigh 116 myself. The larger one would not be a fit for me but be perfect for a younger stronger athletic man.
I'm thankful for this video. Why? I'm a vet/veteran and might get a Labradoodle as my service dog [through a local organization by me that acquires dogs, trains them to be service dogs for vets and first responders]. I've been wanting a service dog for a long time.
I have a medium labradoodle and live in a studio apartment! I take him out for long walks/play in the park before and after work but he doesn't look like he's disliking the apartment life. He's a service dog as well
If you are a dog lover and make a video with the words “which one is the best”. You don’t understand what a dog is about, the dog doesn’t judge so why would we do that? Just give them love irrespective of their looks 🙋🏻♂️
Some of are us are seniors or have limited mobility or size of home - so size of dog and their activity needs can play in decisions of breed and size that work best- for both the human and the dog.
So when you find rats, mice, birds or bats or in your attic, don't judge. They are all God's creatures. Don't judge. People who want to adopt a child should just take the first one they agency shows you. Don't judge. They are all God's children. So silly! Just love them all....
My friend tells me never own a dog you can't pick up if it's hurt or scared by another dog, and should be able to easily carry the dog carrier to the vet. We were puppy sitting my neighbors, 6 month 24lb labradoodle that was scared to walk down the stairs! I was easily able to carry her down the stairs, but if she weighed 60 or 70lb my husband would of had to carry her.
Good I "love" these videos. Yes any life form on this planet can have health issues. Let's talk about likeliness of that happening instead of this, shall we?

He’s probably the best thing that ever happened to you ☺️. We love our doodle to death even though he can be stubborn at times.
We have an F1 Standard and she's fantastic. Hoping to get a male poodle to breed her with. She's a great guard dog and very loving to her humans.
So cute
i have my own aussie doodle and she was around 24 pounds when she was 2-5 months old now shes really playful and 8 years old
I have a 95lb F1. Excellent retriever and has run off coyotes and taken down a pit bull. He's constantly mistaken for a wolf hound.
To teach further audiences, pls also include measurements in metric units (cm, kg, etc)

Sounds like the sweetest doods! Sorry the other one got dragged at the dog park :(
Very cute

That’s a good idea! Sorry it was one of our first videos, we are still trying to get better. Appreciate the feedback though.
Great vid thanks! Would a medium or standard be able to run 5-10km every couple of days? Thx

Thanks very much that's so helpful to know
Interested in a labradoodle, but would want to find one whose lab parent is an english lab not a field lab. Is that hard to find or to determine?
Not harder, you would just have to do more due diligence to get a english lab.
My labradoodle is a "large medium" and is about 50 pounds! He is a little over 1 year old. He was about 10 pounds when he was 8 weeks old.
I'm sure it's the best dog ever!
Miniature is best in UK 🇬🇧 2k same size as a cockapoo
All the Sizes are the best

My labradoodle had a mohork on
it's back once

Which is the best for a appartement without elevator so I have to Cary the dog but it’s also a service dog
You’ll want a smaller doodle. Either a teacup labradoodle but a Maltipoo, Cockapoo or Cavapoo would be better since they are smaller
@@WeLoveDoodles awhat can be the largest for me? A medium??

@skye._.jansen5581 go with a mini, you'll be fine.
Can anybody tell me where I can get my hands on a Medium goldendoodle or even a labradoodle in the UK??? I’m only riding minis and a few standards
Sorry! You can check our website Welovedoodles.com. We reviewed doodle breeders in the Uk but I can’t remember if they have medium puppies
@@WeLoveDoodles thanks for your reply! Don’t worry we settled and we now have an 8 month old standard labradoodle🤣🤣🤣
Cool...

There’s is no best. We love all dogs and agree. Difference dogs are better for certain environments as well as sizing which we tried to explain.

I would say that I have noticed doodles get more separation anxiety than other breeds! Hope it turns out well!
They did the labradoodle dirty in the pic they look just like the goldendoodl3 i have 1 myself and i had 1 in the pqst
