A better system for placing furniture would be a grid and arrows so you can drag stuff more precise
I have thought a lot about the placement system and I have yet to come up with something that can be done quickly yet precisely and intuitively. I will continue to experiment and it will certainly be improved for the next video

agreed on this, something like a simplified version of a lot of game engines would work really well. scaling having dots on each corner you could move around that would dynamically scale it would also be cool

Unfortunately I have no way of testing those, since I don’t have linux installed on any of my devices. I could make a build but there are no guarantees that it would work properly.
