    It's been a big few weeks for us all, and my body is feeling it! I am out of my usual routine and have days where my stress levels are high and my anxiety creeps in. It's normal to have days like this, I know. But I am feeling this stress on my body.
    This Pilates flow of 10 low back stretches is what my body needs, and I bet you need it too! It's a way to be kind to ourselves, to gift our bodies with flowing stretches that we crave.
    If a particular stretch feels great on your body, stick with it a little longer than I direct you to and enjoy it! This is the time to give our bodies what they need.

    “Seven adults locked down together and Pilates with Go Chlo happens every other day”! Two of us are really found of your postural stretches video and lower back video after doing a full body workout! It is really nice to give everything a good stretch, especially when you are experiencing some back pain! We would love to have a video focusing on stretching the full back - without using too much the harmstrings.     Oh my! You just saved my afternoon! I blocked my back taking my youngest kid out of our cargo bike, I couldn’t walk. I remember your video and I just did it at the playground (yay playground opened again in Germany yesterday!) and I feel much better. Still hurting a bit but at least I can go back home with the kids. Thanks!
