    This was exactly what I needed!! I have pretty bad TMJ, a super tight upper back and shoulders, and not a lot of strength in those areas. Even though this was hard, I know it's what I need to be healthier and lessen the problems I have. Going to try to do this more often! Thanks!

      Oh that's great to hear! It is a super tough series but you will notice your body building strength the more you do it. Also really awesome to hear how you know what your body needs!

      Woohoo! That is so great! This is a challenging one - 24 minutes is a long time to focus on the upper body so it's great that you feel everything improving. Well done!!

    Another great session! I love your videos (and pilates, I guess?) because the movements are gentle but surprisingly challenging! This feels much more nourishing to me than my old ways of exercise (heavy weights and barbells at the gym... no thanks!) Thank you!
