    Can't believe I haven't seen this before, I've done most of the Go Chlo videos. Such an effective inner thigh workout. Go Chlo has given me a fresh perspective on my health and fitness and my body is definitely feeling the benefit. Keep on making the videos please!

    So good! I have had a hard time finding instructors who help me target a specific muscle group, but Chloe is the best! My inner thighs have never felt so bad/good! Thank you Chloe!

    I really enjoyed this workout Chloe!! Especially the focus on the connection between our inner thighs and core. Even though it’s been since May we’ve been in lockdown up in Northern Rivers NSW, I still prefer doing your TH-cam workouts over anything else! I do 1-2 in the morning before my 5yo wakes. Again thanks so much for putting these classes and sessions online, they are a hugely valuable resource.

    Love It! Would love to see more inner thigh work in whole body combos. They are hard to find. Thank you though. Have been needing this.

    I loved this workout! I have done a few of your workouts and I really like them. They are very challenging and afterward I feel like I've activated muscles I didn't know I had.

    Another great workout. Love the clear directions you give. I like that you can mix these 15 min workouts to concentrate on different areas. We are out of lockdown in UK but summer holidays are coming so more time for pilates, keep the workouts coming!

    Loved this class especially the ab/inner thigh connection. Felt that in my abs to a depth I don't think I've ever reached before. Or maybe it's just that my muscles are strong enough now to get the deep contraction. Either way, thanks for another great workout Chloe. Merry Christmas!

    Hi Chlo! I love your videos :) For the first exercise, I've watched videos from other instructors who tell you to point the foot down, which you said not to do - do you not recommend it or is pointing the foot down just a different exercise? Thanks!

      Great questions - angling the foot differently activates through a different part of the muscle. I find that keeping the foot parallel with the mat, activates the centre of the adductor muscles :)

      @@GoChloPilates I am glad to hear that I'm not the only who needed weeping and screaming. But why you are cropping out the screaming and weeping parts ? It is more realistic if you wouldn't crop out this parts. But that is only my personal opinion.
      I hope you will do further workout videos here on TH-cam. I love your workouts so much.

    I love it if women screaming during a workout. This girl struggles really hard and screams a lot and I love it.
