I was doing one from well and good this morning but wanted to comment here so I might get a reply from you instead of them - I have been told before to flatten my lower back into the mat while doing ab work laying down, whereas I've heard you say to keep a natural curve of the spine. I seem to flatten my back into the floor by reflex now and am wondering if this makes the work less effective or could be hurting my lower back somehow? Or is it better?
I went snowboarding for 8 hours on Saturday and my legs & arms are still feeling it!! hahaha So I was looking for a nice ab workout to do since they hurt less than the rest of my body & this was amazing 🙏🤙🖤
Hey, love your workouts so far, I’ve done a few now. I tend to have over active hip flexors and I guess my core is weaker because of it! Some exercises I feel it really well others it all hip flexor, could you do a vid that addresses this and focuses on less hip flexor stuff

It would be so nice to have Pilates Series (Playlist) that shows step by step progress from beginners to advanced. I know there are no clear lines for different levels, because everyone's body is not the same. But still, I find it difficult to choose videos to work out with, when I have no idea what leven I can or cannot follow.

I don't love labelling videos as beginner/intermediate/ advanced because even "beginner" Pilates workouts are challenging! I feel like we can always build on the foundations and connect with the movements in new ways - activating different muscles! Thanks again :)
Hi Nola, All the workouts here focus on building strength and confidence in the body. There are videos that can help build upper body strength but none focus specifically on looking a certain way! Yes definitely hip flexor and quad strength as well as abdominals. With practice, it should feel like more abdominals 👍👍
