    Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for your workouts and videos; I’ve been doing a selection of your videos each morning to form a general 25 minute workout and I have felt so amazing. I thought that when people say that morning workouts make you feel uplifted, it was just talk to get you to exercise but I feel so refreshed and productive and I suddenly have a rush to do so many things and get on with my to do list. Your energy, motivation, positivity and down-to-earthness is inspiring and just makes me feel so good when I workout now because it feels easy but I know it is effective. Exercise doesn’t feel like a chore now, thank you so much.💗💗

    I did a 11 minute leg workout and I got tired but was able to finish it. I did this 5 minute workout and I couldn’t keep up and it was more intense than the 11 minute workout lol

      Keep your shoulders back, tummy in and tuck bottom under! It works then!

      also make sure your feet are angled so that the inner thigh is stretched

    i’ve been doing her 5 minute peach butt workout (or something like that) for a couple of days now and already feel like my butt is getting more of that peach shape. i’m going to start adding this workout to my daily workout list to get that peach butt and slim legs fast :)
    this workout burns sooo bad omg. my legs were shaking as soon as we started the pulses😂

      Please don’t do exercise because you hate your body but because you love it. It completely normal to be weaker when you are starting or when you have a tough day.
      learning to love and respect your body is a difficult journey nowadays but if we try to do our best we would create a beautiful world to live in.
      Ps: even people who are fit have cellulite, stretch marks and moments during the day in which they don’t have a flat stomach and THAT’S NORMAL

      Don’t feel bad. It took me several tries to finish to the end. Every other day for almost two weeks. Just be consistent! You’ll get it.

    I did this along with one of Bailey’s outer thigh workout for 2 weeks and I also reduced the amount I eat in between meals and I’m so proud of my body and me! I see great results!!! Tysm Bailey!

    I’m loving these 5 minute segment exercises! I got a job working from home in December which has been a dream work goal of mine. But I realize I’m now WAY MORE sedentary than my previous job, which worries me! I’ve decided to incorporate 5 minute movement at least several times throughout the day for my health. These are perfect! 🙏👍 Thanks!!

    Im doing this on days where im less productive in summer because the Bible says to take care of your body. When i do this im pairing it with one of her an burn workouts
    Day 1: ✅ love this workout so much
    Day 2:✅ i love the feeling I get after I’m finished
    Day 3:✅ I played pickleball and volleyball with my sister instead
    Day 4:❎ went outside and to an event but wasn’t “productive”
    Day 5:✅ did the workout, I LOVE the burn
    Day 6:✅ only had time for 1
    Day 7:❎ Fourth of July🇺🇸

      Same, and now when I go sit or stand up my legs are in such a pain that I can barely stand up or sit down without feeling that my legs will drop on me, it burn so good/bad lol

    I really like this workout, thank you! It's so effective, even though it's only five minutes - i could already see the newly activated muscles outlining after doing it three times :) it's been a challenge at the beginning, but after a few times I have managed to do it without any breaks. And sometimes, when I realize that today I'm not in the perfect shape I just try to go slower and then I can usually finish still. Thank you! This is now my regular inner tigh workout, because it's short and I know what I get and I know what i get is good :)

    Bailey pls help me! Im doing ur abs workout and other workouts around a month and i barely have results, i even ate healthy :( Whats going onn

      it takes a while depending on your body type and also i found when i started doing different workouts each day and then mixing it all up i saw results really fast cause your body can get used to a workout if you keep doing the same thing xx

    Before I used to procrastinate so badly to workout as I didn’t know what to do or all the other workout videos were too intense. Since I’ve found your account I love workout out🥺 and by the time I’ve Finnish one I want to do another and another and by the time I realise I’ve done a 14-15 min workout 😂🥰
