I have been watching people building these rollers for a long time, and for the first time I believe I can do it myself, and you never said a word... yup YOU are that GOOD!
You are such an artist! I'm not sure if I'm more impressed with your builds, your camera, your music, or the general production quality. Thanks for the Inspiration and keep on making!
I can''t understand why anyone would give this (or, indeed, for that matter, any other) video of Laura a "thumbs down." This is a superb video showing true craftsmanship in building a very useful tool for herself -- in a beautifully-made and presented format. Well done, Laura.
You should only worry when you don't have any haters, If you have haters then you are doing something right, when are you overly emotional hipsters going to start to understand that? You, emotional boys, are sweating it she ain't tripping one bit, stop trying to play emotional support heroes! lol
@@russianbot4418 Chillout, go get an emotional support peacock or something, having haters only shows she's doing something right. stop trying to play the hero. lol
@@FarmerFpv LOL!!! Nice transparent triggered BETA projectionism! Did you self reflect at all before typing? Guessing not!!! 😁🤪 Try using some self awareness first next time so you dont come off as such a clueless whiny beta, okay? 🙄 😂
Can't wait to find your stuff in design houses or design furniture/ decorative shops in like 50 years marked up by a massive amount. You're such a talent.
Amazing Laura! You watch...Izzy will modify it with a cordless drill...LOL!! This will be a great project when I start getting more into metal working. Thanks for the share.
TH-cam should consider themselves lucky to have such a talented creator using their service. Yours is by far one of the best channels. It is no wonder why your followership is growing so fast! Thank you laura
Schön gruss ous Arizona. That's got to be the best/simplest (because simple is always better) diy roll bender I've seen! I've been looking for something like this for a while. Vielen Dank!
Your absolutely correct! She blows my mind sometimes with the things she comes up with. I do with the video's were a tad bit longer, because you know there is a lot of editing going on to make such a smooth final piece. I would like to see more of the coming up with the idea part I guess.
Frohe Ostern.
I found Laura's page just today from watching Adam's Tested video. So glad I decided to watch that video otherwise I would have never discovered this very talented lady. Such great videos and ideas. Her talent is second to none. You just gained a subscriber young lady!
Thumbs Up Big L!!! Very Nice fabrication! We refer to them in the U.S. as "ring rollers". Definitely on my things to do list! Have A Super Week!.....Gus
Awesome video & thankya for sharing. It is so nice to see a woman who isn't affraid to git hers hands dirty & out in a shop & build things! I need to learn how to do wire feed welding. I have a little bit of stick time, but wannuh do wire. i have a million ideas running thru my mind, its driving me crazy. Take care & God bless. Rodney
Hi Laura, Cool project. Your quite the fabricator, good job. Glad to see you wearing your safety glasses. Thankyou for all the interesting and informative videos. Be good, C.
Love the new intro - it's so sleek and cool and also gives it a solid branding. The vibe of all your build views is so great, I look forward to each new video every week.
Great video! Love the new animation, but it's your videography I can't get over. It tells such a great story of the build while remaining creative and engaging. Knowing you do it all with one camera makes it even more impressive. I'm not a metal worker (yet!) but loved the whole video. Thank you!
Nice build! Reminds me of devices we built in our shop at work back in the days. We used old rollers from conveyor belts. Making your own is much more ingeniuos :-)
I don't really need a sheet metal roller/bender, but after watching your nicely-paced story of how to do it, complete with relaxing music and fascinating close-ups . . . I want to casually walk into a well equipped workshop with colourful lighting, interesting quotes, and rustle one up. Why is that, I wonder?
Nice, so glad April visited with you, it let me find another talented maker to follow. love this roller, thinner pipes plus the individually adjustable ends to the center roller and you could bend cones as well. for straight rings, some way of adjusting both together would speed the process and keep any twist out of the rolled steel, but I like your way, it gives more options. If you have a much longer narrower sheet you could get close enough on an angled middle roller to turn a spiral and make your own pipe or what ever else you might want a spiral for. Such a flexible design, I may have to copy your design (as close as I can) and make myself one, and maybe make some modifications to makes a second one a little differently for special purpose rolling. Thanks for sharing this. SUBd.
I have been subscribed for quite a while now and I think I can say I've seen every single video of yours. I don't comment often on TH-cam videos, but I want to say that I quite like your style of editing. It feels very uncomplicated and you manage to explain your project without the need for a voice-over. Great job! Grüsse aus Belgien
Nice work! At the top of roller doesn't need the wheels, just solid with a manual hand, so you don't push and pull with your hand. also if using the manual hand it will bend thicker sheet as well! :) There's no wrong or right. Happy to share!
Nice tool! Works great by the looks of it! Did the center roll move or sway a bit out of centre? Maybe some glue or a setscrew radially on the red wheels keep it on track.
Thanks Laura. Another great video, beautifully put together. You have inspired me to dust off the tools, been working on something today thanks to you!! Out of my comfort zone!!!
I have been watching people building these rollers for a long time, and for the first time I believe I can do it myself, and you never said a word... yup YOU are that GOOD!
TH-cam needs more of this - originality, creativity, and inspiration. Great job!
:) thank you!
nice trick with the angle iron to keep the grinder true when cutting freehand. even just that made the vid worthwhile. Thank you.
I'm 13 and love making! your work inspires me to keep making and posting videos!
