- I really couldn't find much information online about the Honda Elite Scooter, so I thought I'd throw together a Service Guide so that you can maintain your own scooter and keep it in tip top mechanical shape.

I can't believe I learned how to change a variator on my scooter, thank you very much. Simple.
So glad the video is helpful!
Can you do a Honda Elite PGM F1 video please? There is even less service info available for the fuel injected model
What country are you from? Our Honda elites are running the stock gy6 motor with a carb, I can try hunt one down for you
Awesome vid already know how to do it but always nice to see how other people do it
Nice video 👍👌🙌

Thanks man! So glad it was helpful for you 🔥 consider subscribing if you're into our local bike scene 🔥
There is no much information on TH-cam or internet about this elite, lately I have experienced vibration on high speed what could be a cause thank you
I'd make sure that wheels are balanced, then inspect variator and belt
@@AdvSouthAfrica variator and belt changed and there is that sort of whistling sound when it moves
Hi brother, I really like this bike, can it be fit for me? because I am a tall person and how strong it is because I need a bike that will last me longer, and how good it is in saving fuel, how reliable is it ? thanks.
Hey man, they're good scooters. Just keep in mind the top speed isn't very high but they are good on fuel. Lots of space even if you are tall 🔥
I weigh 200 LBS my 110 carries me no problem. Noticed its struggling a little now up hills, wich didn't happen before but I believe now my belt might be dried out.
I've got an elite 2013 model, a bit heavy on fuel any advice. I think my carb may need some tuning. I've already put a new filter and plug
Hi @Digishack, what sort of fuel efficiency are you getting?
I'd start with the basics and make sure carb is clean, there's not much you can tune in terms of efficiency there. Then I'd look at the CVT and make sure things aren't worn. Then I'd also make sure the wheel bearings are spinning freely and lastly make sure you are running the correct size tires at the correct pressure
@@AdvSouthAfrica probably about 20kmpl or slightly worse. The back wheel bearing I'll change this weekend. It is making some noise at 50km/h. Tire's are fine though. I'll try checking if the carb is clean though it's fairly new, the previous owner replaced it in January
@Digishack did they replace it with an OEM carb? If they fitted a Chinese one then chances are it's bad at vaporising the fuel well and that will affect efficiency
@@AdvSouthAfrica maybe that's it. I'll check with the mechanic who did the job
@@AdvSouthAfrica it doesn't sound bad though when running
Where is the honda elite vin number located
Hey man, if I remember correctly you need to lift one of the side covers
@@AdvSouthAfrica thanks so much
Yeah man! Great vid Rob.
Thanks Ryan! 🔥🔥
