I don't have an owner's manual though. What is the spec on the recommended oil?

Trying to adjust the valves on a Honda Elite ch80 1995. Any help? Has trouble starting and often drains the battery from too many failed starts. Spark plug looks good, has fuel, good battery.

Look in the manual, but I believe it’s 10W30. definitely look in the manual to be sure though.
