Yeah, I had him with tentacles instead of rocket launcher but this motherfucker still managed to kill me at least 5 times before I killed him.

Marguerite from re7 was the hardest for me. All of Jacks boss fight were challenging but I did them on the first or second try but the Marguerite fight was infuriating I died like 10 times.
Same bro, I died to her so many times too. It mostly because I keep running out of ammo and I have to use my flamethrower. It’s effective against her bugs but not her…
Not trying to be like tht but i feel like shes so easy all you have to do is go into the fight with resources, collect all the ammo in the boss fight, keep a distance, and shoot her in the stomach she dies pretty quick especially in new game+
@@juice2942naw have u ever tried killing margaret in madhouse without saw? Thats the hardest boss in the game since if you leave her alone for too long she will spawn a bugs nest that will infinitely spawn bugs at you with your limited flamethrower ammo and her and her bugs can get you into a stun lock and take you from full hp to death not only that but she can and will be on 4 legs more often hiding her weak point and spam the wall jump move which does pretty hefty damage even when blocking
I found jack’s second fight in the morgue the hardest
its not hard for me but I just get scared on her fight all the time even though I have infinite ammo and stuff

For me, that was different, since I always plays as Sheva, I like her and hate Chris lol
Ah, Jack's final form... I actually beat him on my first try. Shrugged and said, "Well that was easy, but I used too much ammo." So I reset and fought him again. That was a mistake. It turned out, I'd gotten suuuuper lucky....

That one genuinly is the only one I hard a tough time with EVER… tho I did play it on 3DS first… I don’t remember having a tough time on that 360 remaster

Krauser in RE4 is the hardest boss in the series. That dude was just plain frustrating. You basically have to knife him, and he's like impossible to hit. It really felt like I was just rolling dice.
He used to be to me. But once I found out how to corner him then knife, it became very easy lol

You don't have to fight yawn on the first encounter. Just grab the item and go away.
😂 I just commented on this wish I seen this before typing it. But yeah it pretty straightforward on the first encounter. But if it's your first time fighting him I doubt most would be able to pull this off. Especially not knowing the layout of the room. Heck even the second encounter is easy make yawn go in circles around the bookcase an the get behind him an shoot his tail a few then run away an repeat process till he is dead. But if you wanna sit out in the opening an shoot away at him which will kill him quick but you gonna be using some herbs for taking the damage.

Wesker from RE5 was a real nightmare for me. Had to replay it more than 20 times
I don’t remember him being all that hard just extremely annoying. He was a complete bullet sponge. I really wish they had made that Bossfight more dynamic. It was a little too call of duty for my taste.

Easily the hardest boss fight in the series. I don't recall dying so many times and rage quitting to a boss fight in RE. Salazar in Re4make is a surprising challenge though.
He's actually super easy once you have his patterns down, same with his final form

The hardest boss battles for me in RE8 is the final boss fight against Mother Miranda & the one against Donna Beneviento. Trying to find one specific creepy murderous doll in a house full of creepy murderous dolls is a daunting task in itself. Throw in a time limit counting down to your death & it's even more nerve-wrecking. As for Mother Miranda, the final boss fight in any video game is always a b*tch to win. Compared to those two, defeating Heisenberg is a 🎂 walk. Maybe it's just me though.
Donna's boss fight was fucking easy, you just suck at finding the easy-to-spot pattern that boss has
Try it on village of shadows, bit more difficult then. Heisenberg is the most difficult boss on that difficulty as Miranda is so easy

Hardest? Tyrant from revelations
The Comms Officer boss in Revelations is the scariest boss imo. I was shaking so much I dropped my controller lol.
As someone who just finished their first play through of re7, I thought Marguerite was the hardest, at least her second fight

The hardest for me has to be the one from the original Resident Evil 3, where we have to fight Nemesis in this room with big fuel canisters or whatever it was. The thing to weaken him is to make him hit those canisters but dodging his attacks is very random in the original so it took me a few times before I managed to finish him. Sure, we can just shoot at him but on hard it takes a lot of bullets and I'm never a fan of wasting all my ammo on one enemy.
With the acid? You can shoot the levers yourself if you hit the object aim.

I think the most intimidating boss for me although it's kinda easy, has got to be Nosferatu in CVX. I've lost count of how many times I've been knocked off that platform by him lol

He seemed to always wiggle away from your sights with the rifle. Half your shots end up wasted.

You forgot Norman in Resident Evil: Revelations. He was pain in ass on Ghost ship.
I hated the tank fight against heisenberg especially on VOS difficulty for the gameplay. Speaking of bosses on maximum difficulty and without much armory, I would trade Yawn for Tyrant (Lab), Verdugo for El Gigante, Derek Simmons for HAOS, Mr X is on the same level as Birkin's last form.

Everyone is saying Heisenberg was very hard on village of shadows, which I can agree I was stuck on the chainsaw part of the fight for an hour, but I found Nemesis on inferno way harder, because when I got to the end of the fight and I had to shoot Nikolai I missed because I was using the infinite rocket launcher too much, so I had to play 2 hours again, so to me Nemesis and Heisenberg were hard in their own way
Heisenberg on VoS was easy af. I've beaten him on first attempt. People say he's hard only because they do not know proper way of fighting him. I think he was the easiest boss on VoS difficulty tbh.
Final Nemesis on inferno was hard and unfair though if you didn't use any unlockables.

I feel like the depiction of Yawn's battles in RE:Remake here is making it much harder than it needs to be. You should already have the shotgun before you make it to Yawn, so you don't need to wait for Richard to jump in. All you have to do is go into the room, avoid Yawn, grab the death mask, then leave. The shotgun is on the bottom floor in the same room Chris grabs it from.
I had a fair amount of difficulty with the tyrant final boss in the re2 remake. He kept doing that one strike with his claw
You should always include the OG RE2 and OG RE3. Just exclude RE 6, the boss fight is more towards the plot rather than challenge
On recent games... RE5's fight with Wesker and Jill on the hardest difficulty is a pain in the rear as Sheva keeps getting klld

The mutated Jack Baker on Madhouse mode almost made me throw the controller over my TV.
I like how they just glaze over the fact that mother miranda was literally an elden ring-level boss in re8. ive got some family friends whose 6 year old son was watching me play and as I was riding up the elevator to the fight, he begged me to play. i kid you not, i proceeded to watch a 6 year old beat a resident evil bossfight first try(on normal difficulty i might add) . You are lying if you think heisenberg is the hardest boss in the game.
I’ve never struggled against Heisenberg. Even in Village of Shadows.
Miranda on the other hand…. She absolutely destroyed me repeatedly
The T-078 is by far the hardest boss fight on this list especially its plane fight
I absolutely hated that fight when I first played the game. The B.O.W. gas grenades greatly weaken him! As soon as the game gives me control, I blast him with said grenades, run around him, hit the cargo release and done!
Jeez don't get me started on that plane fight! My first playthrough was hell. Cause I was limited on ammo and herbs certainly did not want to back track an start over so I had to strategize. I remember having 3 explosive b.o.w arrows. 10 bow arrows. 13 hand gun bullets. An 2 flame rounds. 1 green herb. 1 first aid spray. 😂 This was the Dreamcast version too. Dude knocked me off that plane so many times till I got lucky enough to injured him an knocked him off the plane.
@@metaldiscipline3955 He wasn't easy to dodge especially that heavy attack he does knock Claire on the ground then soon as you get up tap you right off the plane. Anytime I used that cargo box that fool push it back an I have to wait till it reset while holding out an fighting him again. But finally figure out gotta make sure he is weaken an almost close to the edge before sending it back at him pushing him out.
@@retiredsnowbunnyhunterx5106 You're right, the biggest caveat to that fight is dodging him in that limited space, and that hammer attack is painful! I've played the game many times over the years to where I can usually run around him after nailing him with the gas grenades! After getting around him I will hit the cargo button, and he's finished! Believe it or not in my earlier playthroughs, I always left the gas rounds behind in the metal detector! When I tried them on him for the first time, I was amazed how well they worked against him! I've also heard they make the fight against Alexia in her second form a little easier, though I've never held onto the rounds that long! Code Veronica will always be the hardest Resident Evil title next to Zero in my opinion! Oh yeah, and Sweepers can go to hell!
That's why Code Veronica remains the only RE game I didn't play yet when it comes to the original series (not including Outbreak, Umbrella Chronicles and Dead Aim). I've heard so many things about how difficult it is, that I'm too afraid to play it 😅

I agree Yawn was the easiest in RE. Lisa Trevor was harder than Yawn was.
I never noticed before, but that final shot from Billy seems to spin opposite the rifling of the barrel of his gun and that bothers me. But I agree, getting those shutters open in close quarters with that huge queen is probably the toughest fight in Zero..
Yawn is harder in the original RE in the second fight. It seems like he can attack you as soon as the cutscene ends. He makes a no damage run really hard. One time I got lucky for the rest of the fight when I got really close and he could only circle me and not attack. In the remake he's easier if you're conscious of creating space and not pressing your luck in one spot too long.
Mr X in RE2 Remake was a bitch the first time. His reach was ridiculous when the concrete starts to block your way. You definitely need a grenade or two to clear the way in a hurry.
Jack baker was such an asshole it took me a long time to beat 7. It wasn't the frustration of getting hit, it was the frustration of how long the scenes are when he got a hold of you. Think of the over the top specials in the recent Street Fighters or Mortal Kombats. I know I got hit, can we get this over with?
Nothing about 8 was difficult besides wondering how it got game of the year. Must have been a slow year. Heisenburg is also an incredibly lame character. He's just that friend that can't admit his fedora he sports at the mall is lame. In the scheme of RE lore, his magneto power is just non-sense.
None of these bosses have jack shit on the comms commander from re:revelations. That dude was the biggest POS boss fight ever invented
I've heard that Heisenberg on Village of Shadows difficulty is a *real* challenge
the section where ur in the vehicle is as you can’t heal, that section and the bit with chris is honestly hell enduing

Oh please! I died 11 times fighting William Birkin at the end of Claire Scenario A in Re2. If anything, he should be in Mr. X’s place!
Heisenberg is the hardest boss i've ever fought, i've played every single Resident evil game to 100% and NO BOSS has made me rage as much as Heisenberg. i was stuck on him for FOUR HOURS STRAIGHT! Hell, i even beat inferno Nemesis in about 20 minutes and the T-078 from code veronica in 40, but Heisenberg? jesus christ.

Funny enough I had no problem with Heisenberg on VoS, let alone only a couple bumps here and there. I still think on of thee hardest bosses in the re universe is Norman in rev1 on hard mode on the 3DS. Now if you wanna talk about a bull shit boss that’s was originally meant to beat on a handled console, Norman takes the cake.
@DreSaidSo I figured out Chris and Miranda pretty easily.
Chris Redfield part: just run. Literally. Run for your life. When you get to the part where a lot of lycans block your way throw a flash grenade, run, throw another one, keep running. then with the laser pointer keep running for your life and point while you run.
Against Uraias just run in circles and point the Lazer at him a few times.
Miranda boss fight: Unload every amount of ammo you have on her before she starts attacking, then run in circles and shoot her when she stops. RE8 Bosses (Excluding Heisenberg) really don't like circles.
@@wolfhunter3723 Same. Beaten Heisenberg on VoS in first try. He's easy af actually as long as you know cannon shouldn't be used for damage but to push him back. And that's it.
@DreSaidSo well I think I died maybe 1-2 times but that doesn’t qualify that being hard. You wanna know how many times I’ve died to Norman on Inferno for rev1 on the 3DS? More then I can count

i mean if you beat re 2 remake with leon on hardcore and get an s you should get infinite rocket launcher that can kill mr.x with one rocket
ik they said mainline games but the tyrant on the plane in code veronica almost made me break my PS2 as a kid
the plane tyrant from CV is real easy once you know what to do. just use 25 explosive arrows with the bowgun and release the cargo then he's done. you don't even have to move because he doesn't get close enough to hit you.
if you use the BOW gas rounds it takes even less arrows.
On your first time playing it you certainly won't have those item to be equiped with so he will be hard. But once you get used to playthroughs then yeah it becomes easier.

See I did that but I didn't have enough arrows because explosive arrows were the only thing that could kill the long armed monsters
Well I started RE8 on Village of Shadows difficulty and the first werewolf you encounter has proven basically impossible so that's my vote.
I always change my mind about which game has the hardest boss, but right now it’s a tie between:
Final phase Nemesis in RE3 Remake (on Inferno mode with infinite rocket launcher).
and
The Tyrant in RE: Code Veronica.

With final phase Nemesis, it doesn’t matter that I have the infinite rocket launcher, he has this ridiculous spam attack that I have to time my dodges for perfectly. If I mess up even one dodge, he stun locks me and I die. (Again, I am talking about Inferno mode, even Nightmare mode. He was relatively easy on Hardcore).

With the Tyrant in CV, I wasted all of my explosive rounds on the bandersnatch enemies and the first Tyrant encounter.
When I got to the plane encounter I had to decide whether I wanted to restart the game or try to run circles around him in a desperate attempt to avoid his attacks that seem to lock onto me.

Honorable mention goes to the final boss in Revelations. There were times when he would teleport facing away from me so I couldn’t shoot his heart; even then, he was able to damage me.

Technically the Giant Fetus from RE8 is because it can't be killed. And it may or may not cause you to soil yourself...
Verdugo (like all RE4 bosses) can be killed in one hit with the rocket launcher. Freeze him once and then blow him up with a rocket. Done.
Morpheus from resident evil Dead aim give me a nightmare and took a weeks before beat him coz everytime I'll die I'll shutdown my ps2 then play another day because I'm too scared 🤣

Verdugo in re4 is easy to kill. You get a rocket launcher I'm the castle use that while in the sewers where he chases you. Knock over hydrogen tank freezes him then rocket him. Drops salar crown piece
Yawn Resident Evil Remake and Mr. X Resident Evil 2 Remake and Nemesis Resident Evil 3 Remake and Verdugo Resident Evil 4 and Albert Wesker Resident Evil 5 and Derek Simmons Resident Evil 6 and Jack Baker Resident Evil 7 Biohazard and Heisenberg Resident Evil Village was the hardest and most intimidating boss me to fought on my switch or on the PS3
In the remake krauser was the real pain in ass. You have to fight him the first time where luis dies. And the second time on the castle with him two phases. You have to keep alert on him and hide your best and get near him to shoot/knife him. After doing certain hits he gets on his second phase. At that time you have go in the dark avoiding trals and more. After that you have to kill him. The entire process takes a long time.
Mr X wasn't hard in the slightest. I only play on standard difficulty, so I don't know the pain people go through with hardcore. But he is less of a boss and more of just a big inconvenience.
Oh man lol. Fighting Miranda on Hardcore during my first playthrough pissed me tf off lol. Spent hours trying to figure that shit out. Final stage Nemesis on Inferno was also a son of a bitch.
6:29 I disagree. Def U3, especially on professional. You get so many resources to stun Verdugo it's not even close.
While I do agree, I only played pro mode all the way this year and the biggest obstacle was trying to kill him as soon as possible before the game crashed because the ps4 version has some sort of crash bug that they never bothered to fix.

Though not the Hardest, It was certainly the Most Memorable for me... RE2: Remake... G3... Fighting Him was... Something Else... Killed with a Flamethrower that had Plenty Fuel, so the Battle was Quick... But it was still my Favourite Boss Battle simply because of the Surroundings, the Things it did to Fight, and Exactly what Golgotha is... I will Never forget that Fight... Peak Boss Bottle right there, Nemesis wasn't able to top that whatsoever for me... Such a Sad thing that It's Dead, Would've Proven to be Far Superior than any Other Virus, had it not been caught in the Self Destruct Sequence... If anything, if that Sequence hadn't have been set off in the First Place, It's Safe to say that G3 would've Attained a Perfect Form, and Would've been far more Intelligent...
Agreed for all of them except RE6 and Village. RE6 goes to HAOS which kicked my ass an unbelievable amount of times to the point where I thought I was playing Dark Souls. As for Village, I personally found Heisenberg the second easiest in the game while Mother Miranda was the hardest challenge.

Choosing the remake of nemesis instead of the og is an insult. The remake nemesis is a saturday morning cartoon villan in direct comparison to the original.
Yawn wasn't that hard on the remake. Infact you don't even have to fight him on the first encounter. You can run an get the item you need then run around the him again an get out the door without even getting hit once. The second encounter all you need to do make run around in circles between the book shelves while occasionally turning an shooting his tail end till he dies. However this will not work on the og yawn on PS1 so don't try it 😂
honestly i disagree with biohazard. i thought marguerite was a lot more difficult, especially with how it took forever to finish
True. I played on normal but on both my playthroughs she swallowed almost all my ammo.
I know it's a game most people hate but Leon from operation raccoon city is insane have you seen the damage output he has? oh and hardest boss for me probably is re5 and the 1 hit enemies particularly the executioner guy on professional he hits you once and you die I'm not sure if there's any hardest re bosses for me
Personally, I feel like Heisenberg wasn't the hardest boss in Village. To me, the Fetus Monster is hard because it's pretty dark and you don't have any weapons to fight the monster whereas with Lady D, Moreau and Heisenberg you do (and the fact that there's a bit more light) that's just my opinion though 😅

Honestly the only fight easier than Heisenberg was Donna... Like Moreau and his acid rain, Alcina and her insane mobility one she really gets flying and moving and Miranda and her insanely powerful forms and tricks were worlds harder than Heisenberg, once you get the block mechanics down and you can land your shots cleanly then you're fine even on Shadows difficulty (Not to say Moreau is really that hard... just saying harder than Heisenberg)

Jack was absolutely not the hardest boss in any of his fights. That was Marguerite no question. Simmons wasn’t hard ever but he was definitely the stupidest fight every time including ustanak

Simmons was very easy, but project chaos on Chris’s campaign it’s the hardest re6 boss

In RE 8 he isn’t actually a difficult boss. as long as you visit the duke regularly and stock up as much as you possibly can and with decent weapons, Then defeating the Boss is easy.
i’d say defeating Monroe can be pretty difficult. ngl just roaming around Lady D’s castle is difficult enough without being caught by her and or lost.
In normal difficult maybe, but in Village of Shadows Heinserbeing is SUPER hard to beat, especially on console, you literally can't miss a single shot
You think the bosses in RE4 gave you grief the first time, wait until you deal with them as Ada in the Separate Ways side quest.

In my opinion Heisenberg was the easiest boss fight in village
Gotta disagree on higher difficulties, especially with Village of Shadows being built around new game plus items. Everything else in the game is evened out by weapon upgrades, whereas Heisenberg only gets harder.
@@conorskerritt-morgan4045 He's even easier on VoS compared to other bosses because most of fight is done by vehicle so you do not worry about ammo and upgrades. Easiest boss in game? No. But easiest boss on VoS difficulty easily.

On village of shadow difficulty Heisenberg was one extremely difficult opponent to beat.
I didn't like the new Nemesis design.. But I did like the 2nd and 3rd forms . RE Nemesis is my favorite RE game. I LOVED the new Hunter Betas.
Tip for the plane fight.. use the BOW rounds, and you can get him with 10 bullets and 3 cargo catapults

The final nemi boss on nightmare or inferno is by far the toughest boss, but in the worst possible way, the 5 or 6 pats in a row while delaying on the final hit was just so gay, especially since it stun locked you into death, extremely frustraiting

mother Maranda was the only boss in re 8 that managed to kill me

Come on, verdugo is easy, u literally get a free bazooka some minutes before the fight, and it's not worth it to sell, since it's cheap, nor use in Salazar since that MF is ultra easy
