Contestants: Martin Cole vs Travis Nichols - Playing Games: Tac Scan, Pro Bowling, Millipede, Wild Western, Donkey Kong - Grand Prize: Pengo Video Arcade Game
I always love the Hotline. This one's nice because it personalizes the making of the show. I have been looking at a couple of episodes and saw the terrific prototypes- some of which became simulation tech in fields other than arcade.
I think a place similar to dave and busters (more of a bar than a pizza place) but with REAL video games would do great. Catering to the Gen X'ers. If I found a place that had spy hunter I'd be there every day.
Wish I had all those arcade games, $10's of thousand sitting there. I remember living in New Castle, PA, WYTV in Youngstown had this show you would call called Television POW! and just basically yell POW! POW! POW! in the phone. Miss the craziness of the 80's.............
such an amazing show. i remember watching this on saturday mornings. Praying that it would be the dragons lair episode!
The STARCADE HOTLINE Music, Comes from the Game XEVIOUS

This show fills up my happy jar.
I love hearing Geoff laugh the way he did.
Would it really be that big of a deal to open up a pizza place with a video arcade with games like these?
Not at all . Go for it lmaoo

Sorry, not "Jumpman" -- it's a MARIO!👍
Funny thing is that, when hosting the pilot for this show, Alex Trebek knew that and referred to him as Mario.
BS, came down to 3k on one game
Martin is a creep.
