It won't fit in that bag with the protective cover.

i was able to fit the camera inside the bag while also in the protective case
It just BARELY fits in the bag for me with the protective case, but it does fit in it! I’ve bought another case for it that’ll work better for all the stuff.
no it will... just make sure to put the mini tripod in the middle comparment as well... min fit perfectly after watching this video
If you ordered the combo, the protective cover will not fit properly in the carry bag with it on. It's also too big to carry it on the opposite side (elastic band side).
I've been able to engage the zipper about 90%. I'm sure I could force it but since the gimbal is motorized I don't want to place stress on any components.
mine fit perfectly after watching this video.... make sure to follow the instructions in this video .. I know in this vidoe no protetive case and I was facing same issue like you...but now the zipper completelty closed and fit perfectly
Yeah, just follow this video, everything fits perfect!
The protective cover does fit in the carrying bag, you just have to ensure there isn't many bulky things in the bag that stop the zipper from closing fully. I've carried it this way since getting this.

Cant wait to get my pocket 3 today. Its out for delivery. However im not impressed with the carrying bag, i found one that has foam inserts innthe shape of the pocket 3 and its accessories for $25.00. I would have much preferred to see a bag like that being sold by DJI vs a bag that might not be able to take an accidental impact like bumping it to a wall etc.

Honest question how do you safely remove it from the case? I’m afraid I’m not doing it correctly since the camera rotates sometimes 😅

Thanks for all the tutorials, but how do you remove it from the case without pushing the gimbal int he front? I suppose that’s not good since it is very fragile?
Hello, there. May we know which part of the gimbal you are concerned about. As long as you remove the gimbal from the protection case normally, it will not damage the device. You can remove the device with your hand on the handle and let the gimbal out first, then the whole device can be taken out.
@@DJITutorials pushing the handle down so the gimbal comes out first is so clever, I was always trying to pull the gimbal out first by grabbing the top part (the gimbal). You should make a video about that too!! Thanks

Why don't you state about the big heating problem that leads to sudden switching off after a short time of use?
In Europe it is dramatically more evident!
Look for a solution as soon as possible!
I’ve been using the camera for some days and the case is marking the sides of the camera, as it has been worn… is this normal? I felt that i was doing something wrong but the operation was exatcly the same… 😢
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Due to the tight snap-lock mechanism used for better storage of Osmo Pocket 3, the protective cover may leave slight marks on the surface of the device during insertion. These marks can be reduced by wiping. Please rest assured that this is a normal occurrence and does not indicate color fading or scratches.
