You should pull more offers to move it 9 or 10 the existing offer it contains 8 lpa then you can ask them. Mostly they convince us for less package, you should try to drag it to good amount but should not more drag until they revoke offer. Should balance it

It doesn't depend on Accenture but it depends on project actually before you join you need to ask them all the details shift timings type of technology they use wfo details every thing when you are ok with their terms and conditions then it will be good, otherwise we can't estimate

Having more salary is good but in Accenture if they want to fire one candidate mostly they see a package more than 12 lpa means they would definitely pick you, this is my suggestion it's good 12 lpa later you will get a good hike here based on your performance in the project

Please don't worry at your on-boarding time you could tell them, that you are confused with date and month, it won't affect your on-boarding

Application lead is good position, you could get good CTC about 12lpa to 20lpa depends on your HR and POC decision
