It depends on the employee if you want monthly there might be an option where you tax will get deducted and you will get the amount just check out internally
Gratuity you will get once in 5 years and insurance we have many which insurance you are talking about . If you are talking about medical that you will get in company itself

you need to ask your HR if they have option to release monthly then they will release as per there policy that info you will get it from your HR only
