I talk to my family that have passed almost daily! My mother shows herself as butterflies as does my older brother, my dad always helps me find pennies heads up for luck (tails up gets turned over for the next persons luck to find and continue) and four leaf clover’s! I would rather be with my passed loved ones than anyone present!
Nice to be able to take three years off and travel to 60 countries to process your grief. Some of us have to fight to get a day off for the funeral. And we wonder why media types are so out of touch.
Some people have more privilege than others. That’s life. The important thing is he recognized that, as he said, and wrote this book to help others navigate their grief.

So long as you recall the voices and the faces of the lost communication is never fully divest because through time their voice becomes our own and we know what they would want of us. My father has become a major part of who I am so he never feels lost to me. Not everyone will resonate with this but for those who do, never lose track of those memories.
He does have a good voice. Regarding the hair, he'll either have to shave it off (there's not much left on the front and on top) or try hair transplant. Right now it looks like a comb-over.
Thank you. This is just what I needed. Science is showing that there are healthy benefits to having our conversations out loud. Grief is separate synaptically to other depression and sadness in that it is the struggle of our brain's pathways to realign the new dimensions in whihc they know our beloveds (or loved jobs, things) to the appropriate "here, yet not here" place in our mind.

I admired Tim Russert , the best at presenting the news, very few left like him. RIP my friend !
Can't believe its been 16 years. Wow. He was so great

Life is not fair. And some people are just lucky. He lost his dad, but he's still lucky. He probably knows that.

Not for nothing, Luke Russert's voice sounds super cool for broadcasting. Simba grew up to be his own Mufasa!

His voice is made for broadcasting, get him a stylist for his hair, and he's a charming and brilliant new beacon for hope and promise for journalism.
