- Have you ever wondered what's the real meaning of 'I' ? Many of us find it very trivial but is that so? There's a sole purpose behind our existence itself and to unveil that, one has to go through the layers of 'Self Realization'. On this platform of TEDxStTeresasCollege, Lenaa, one of the leading actors in South India, uncovers the essence of life by her visions on 'Self Realization'. Lenaa has appeared in over 160 films in five different languages during her career, which has lasted over 24 years. She is incredibly versatile and has portrayed several strong characters who have all left a lasting impression on many people's hearts. She also had practical experience as a psychologist before entering the film industry. Good talk from the side of Lena... Malayalam actresses are not common these type of stages.. She has a good vision about life 👌👌
So pleasantly surprised. I have watched a few of her movies and considered her a good actress. This aspect of her personality has been a revelation. Very perceptive person who reflects deeply on life itself.

Lena is a very effective psychologist..she can mend and counsel people very well..she is very practical and very pleasant and have got rich life experience..very patient tooo..hats off to her❤❤❤❤❤
But Lena herself had told that she could not manage her stress when her patients were sharing their painful experiences and that was the reason she quitting the job as psychologist

Lenna, that was wonderful. Congratulations. I appreciate your oratory skills. It is good to know the meaning of one's name. Do you realise something? One who is busy or more preoccupied in finding out who or what he / she is, fail to realise who are the ones around he/she. And also should understand that every " I " exist only because of others around. When someone is lonely at a place it does not matter who or what the individual is or was. I guess that is what went wrong in your life too. You were too busy in finding out what you are and who you are. But alas! Many things went wrong when you found out the answer. Now you have that answer but lost many things in life. Achieved much but lost too much. You struggled a lot to help yourself out of those bad times. You were married yet you are lonely. Exactly like your name, the light has value only because of the darkness around it. The light stands at its full Glory when there is more darkness around it. When a room is completely lit up, little light from a small candle does not matter, no one ever will think about its presence. Every dawn comes with lot of hopes. And every dusk drops us many unanswered questions. Twilight is beautiful till the darkness sets in. These kind of realisations are very much essential for every individual. Wish you all the very bests.
