Wow, I’ve never thought about stress management in such a practical way before! Your idea of customizing kits for different stressors makes so much sense.

I really appreciate having found this talk... I know I make stressful situations worse for myself by thinking on all the parts of it and what could have been done differently or prevented and that's not helpful in the moment so I'm going to start thinking about what I _can_ control in those situations, thank you

My favorite quotes…”unwavering positivity in the face of adversity” and “focus on what you can control”. I’ll be working on building a few customizable resiliency kits of my own! Well done! 🎉

Wow! Hi Sangeetha enjoyed every bit of your talk show. I loved every tulu word you used during your talk. Your tribute to tulu culture , tulunad in general and your grand parents in particular, blended very nicely with the topic. Being a head of tech company myself I go through lot of stress. Yes as you rightly put it, I use my customized resilience kit unknowingly ( I didn’t know that something like this existed till I heard you) to overcome it. It has worked for me to control what I could control.
Congratulations and so proud to see people from my tulinad leaving their footprints in US👍

An excellent speech. She depicted very well that the lessons learnt in tulunadu from her Ajja and Ajji can be applied anywhere in the world. Those lessons have universal applicability. Presented confidentiality and beauty is that she involved the four generations of her family in the learning process.
