And another superb educational video. Chuck, I thank you for your Fast Graphs and insightful reviews. I am pleased to hold 6 of the financials you have also recommended in the past. They all have done very well. I also wish you and your family happy holidays and a very healthy 2024.
Thanks Chuck you are right about value in this sector. Long OZK, PRU, PYPL, FIS, WFC, GPN, STT, UNM, USB, TFC, SOFI, SCHW having bought vast majority this year during banking panic. Bought WFC and PRU during COVID. love these videos
Excellent video as always, Chuck! That FAST Graph on GPN, WOW! Really highlights what an opportunity there exists there. After consulting some other research I'm buying enough to get it back up to its full desired weight in my M1 portfolio.
Chuck, FG subscriber here. HASI is relisting (is that the right word?) as a C-corp, giving up their REIT status. It seems to me that will free up more money for reinvestment thus helping net earnings. How might that affect your takes on the company?
Thank you very much, Chuck, it is a great lesson to most of us. I did accumulated quite few Financials during last 6 months or so and most are very profitable. As I am looking for the next phase of actions, this lesson gives me a lot of ammunition to further actions in this area. Have a great Xmas and very happy new year! 😊
Still a lot of value in financials, but other sectors are showing up. Look for my next video, hopefully posted today to see examples of some of the carnage. Regards, Chuck
I have been watching your videos for more than a year. I decided to buy Fastgraphs. BUT, this pop up asking me how I heard about Fastgraphs takes up the entire screen I can not even get to the enter button to get it off my screen cause its TOO BIG!! This in effect does not allow me to use the product cause i can not get past that screen!! Please fix this so I might at least use the product that you have convinced me to purchase. Thank you!! Heres the pop up... Welcome to FastGraphs! We love to see you here! Before you get going, please let us know how did you hear about us. I've been a FAST Graphs subscriber before
This is fascinating but my employer forces me into the spy or small caps or foreign stocks etc. No single stock selection available and I don't have much money to put into individual stocks so I can't afford the cost of Fast Graphs for a few hundred dollars of extra investments.
I bought a lot of paypal and collecting a few shares per month to dollar cost average. I wish I had bought more at the lows but here we are. Cashflows from Buy now Pay later will balloon in the next 5 years.
@@FASTgraphsyour work is solid gold, sir. I’ve been following for years. My ‘mmhmm’ - I feel that we are standing on the precipice of a major downturn that will begin in the financial sector. If people are young enough to commit long term money…then by all means they should proceed. My opinion- we are approaching a time akin to AIG as CMBS came crashing in on themselves. Many thanks for all your guidance through the years, Chuck.
@@robertlarsen6516 thanks for the kind words. Regarding a major downturn, we're certainly do for one. However, I started in this industry in 1970 much to the chagrin of my family who also told me were on the verge of a major downturn. Nevertheless, what I learned in my more than 50 years is that downturns do occur but they can typically be measured in months whereas bull markets tend to run for years. This is the primary reason I prefer dividend paying stocks. Dividends are paid on the number of shares you will regardless of the price at the time the dividends paid. Happy holidays, Chuck
Fiserv exists 39 years and 38 of them had double digit EPS growth. Only bad year in company's history was 2007 with "only" 7% EPS growth. Than you have Shift4 payments with 24 years of consecutive double digit sales growth. There will be always some crisis behind the corner to worry about@@robertlarsen6516 Did you sell everything and waiting in cash? Because all stocks will drop if we enter a major downturn. And as always many these financials will hold much better than overall market.
A "downnturn" or even recession next year, as some are predicting, will be an excellent chance to buy and give yourself that margin of safety.@@FASTgraphs
Everyone is admiring the tenacity of an 11 part series. Happy holidays!
He’s doing a nice job showcasing the power in FASTgraphs tool.

Lot's of great content. Thanks for the information.
Thanks Mr. Valuation, perhaps you would consider covering TD next time ?
Any way to add notes for stocks in my portfolio? Would like to add notes about my thoughts and predictions for the stock.
Not at this time, but that's an interesting suggestion, I I will discuss in with the developer team.
Thanks for the collection.

I would value them like any other C Corp. at that that point.

Good video! Any chance you can do a similar video on the Fintech sector? Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year to you!
Thanks for this video
Thank you Chuck!!
Thanks chuck.
Hello, Chuck. Is this still the sector with most value compared to other sectors after the massive sell-off from yesterday?
Still a lot of value in financials, but other sectors are showing up. Look for my next video, hopefully posted today to see examples of some of the carnage. Regards, Chuck
Can you take a deep look into sofie technologie ?

I have BAC; great stock 👍🏻
CODI has preferreds that are under PAR with Dividends north of 7%.

No Wells Fargo, Bank of America or Citibank? Dang was hoping one would be there
hands up who bought a bunch of these with chuck during the flash crash ... I did
Do BLK ARCC MAIN and NORDEA bank from Finland 🙏🇫🇮📈
Why don't you exchange AFLAC for something better valued?
Simply because it does a good story of how financials have been undervalued

$STT my choice Thank you
More value than in the tobacco sector?
There certainly a greater number of names
Now, it's private equity that will crash.
cannabis sector next
‘Value’ in the financial sector…mmhmm.
What is mmhmm?
