I have been immersing myself in your content for about 3 hours now and it has been so helpful. I truly think I finally found my career path after starting off in the wrong industry and having years of blurry thoughts. Any helpful insight for international students in the USA with low resources? I am grateful for your content Liam! Thank you!

wow thank you so much for this comment and the support! i’d say looking at free institution videos (harvard, stanford, etc) and google’s new certificate classes are really good. i wouldn’t go for online classes that cost significant amounts of money where the company making those classes profits significantly off of that revenue.

Hey Liam! Another amazing video :) Do you think you could make a video on the difference between Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies?

    • @liambolling

Let me do some research on that. I used to use agile at Microsoft but Google kind of does it’s own thing.

Solid information. I'm just really kinda lost because of my very unique background. I will graduate with bachelor in CS next year and 4 years of military service (as a combat medic). I will be a new grad but I have 4 years of working experience with solid and valuebale leadership/communication skills. However, most companies require 3-4 years of product management experience. Just very hard to position myself and set a straight expectation.

Hi Liam, this is so helpful! I had a few additional questions. What do you think about the course on Coursera "Python for Everybody"? Is the content taught in the course too simple to go into PM? When you say "learn how to code?" What language should we start in if we wanna go into PM?

Hey Liam! I just finished uni with a degree in Marketing & a specialization in Product Management. I’m a student marketeer at Redbull for my school, make music(sing & write songs - the big dream and goal), did event photography for companies up until last month, and make videos. With the rejections I’ve gotten so far Im not feeling the most confident about my getting a job application. What would you recommend I do?
Would you recommend going into a boot camp to boost the success chance of getting into a job?
Any groups or subreddits you recommend for people who want to get an in to product manager roles?

How willing would companies be to hire for an internship a physics student?
It teaches how to solve differential equations and write C++ code, but no so much about business cycles and core principles
Would the ability to learn anything, fast and deep be sufficient to them?

Hi Liam, just wanted to say thanks for making such helpful content. I am an undergrad student and want to get into Product Management . I wanted to know , should I do an UX Design course and internship related to that ?
There is an UX Design course on Coursera offered by Google , so will that be helpful for making my profile more good and related to product management.
