@AlexeyDnepr it's pretty darn good, and accurate. I've had no issues with either of the three probes. I think it's just a matter of exactly where you put them horizontal and vertical into whatever you're cooking. Tri-tip for instance has a thinner part at one end, and a thicker part of the other end. You've seen me do whole turkeys with this thermometer as well and other videos, and that can be a good reason to have the three probes for breast, thigh and ???
I have a meater That I like better and it tells you when to take it out before you’re finished temperature. It gives me alerts on my phone. my brother gave my mom, the chef IQ, and it wouldn’t give me alerts on my phone only the box that you could barely hear when people are around. It only gave me a alarm for the finish temperature, not the resting temperature.
@Yokieca did you set yours up correctly? Because the chef IQ does all that, and more. I'd say go back and reread the manual. You can make adjustments on dozens of different settings

Are you satisfied with the thermometer? I've seen reviews that they're not quite accurate.
