    So good to know about the Blis Meditation. While walking in the park too, one can pay attention fully on each and every step taken during walking, slowly and gradually. Even while typing on the keyboard, one can pay full attention to thumb, how it goes to each letter while typing. While drinking water with full attention, it's wonderful presence is felt on tongue and throat and if absolutely alert, then in stomach too. All these practices in day to day life also serves as an essential portal to connect with the present moment. It was really great to know about your practice on trying to find something new everyday. Thank you for your valuable presence and sharing the valuable insights.🙏✨

      Like so many missed opportunities, physical ,emotional pains, feeling left out all you have to deal with feeling of helplessness and dependency.. which makes it sometimes tough to deal with

    Just looking a kid playing in park, the kid is so in present moment and that makes him happy,
    We need to be a kid again
    I sometimes sit on a bus stand and watch people go by, all r lost in their own thoughts
    Seems like zombies walking
    Only a kid seems to cheerfully moving around

    1) Is this same as Mindfulness?
    2) Can Physical Exercise bring closer to the 'Connection'?
    3) Can Neuroplasticity Or trying different things differently help revive the senses and so help in being more present?
    Not directly relevant but may be if you can make a seperate video...any Guy Or a Girl having a Spiritual side, as in more inclined towards Meditation, Slow Living, Healthy Eating etc. Find it not compulsory to have a partner OR Rather its actually difficult to come across similar/compatible match as you dont find such people that easily. Thoughts?
