    Why is this harder than it looks? I thought i was tip top shape after the marine corp. boy was I wrong. If I did these exercises when I was in, I wonder how much stronger I could have become?

    should I do this before or after lifting weights in the gym?

      Could be great as a general warm up before lifting, but personally I like to do this for conditioning work after my strength training.
