Not superficial goals. And that it's important to focus on being kind to my body if it's not up for an intense workout. Optimal health IS and will always the fitness goal. Thank you for this video

Thank you so much for your channel, I find some relief for my lower back pain, especially around and within the spine. Pain comes to my lower spine joints especially in the morning, only started 3 days ago and am only 42. I did feel a sudden intense pain around my lower back / hip area few months ago when I was trying to lift a heavy suitcase. Not sure what did I break there. I'm going to follow your exercises and see what happened. Any advice and tips are much appreciated. Thanks!
