I had a disc prolapse when I was 23 and had to get a 'discectomy' done for the same. I was scared to push myself beyond a point ever since then. I didn't realize how deep rooted this fear was till I started following your routine. I deal with that fear a lot better now, one move at a time. I can feel my core getting a little stronger every day! I have been thinking of posting a comment after every other video. I had to do it after this one cos it was just too good! My legs are so grateful you exist! :D I love that your videos are peaceful and has no music. Your voice is calm and assertive. This a great workout warm up. It really loosened up the hips and keeps the mind relaxed as you transition. I was sweating by the end and was contemplating if I should even do my main workout 😂 Thank you for all you do.
I will try these, the pattern looks like it has a good, logistical flow. We'll see about the depth and level of the bend at my knees which have lost mobility.
