      But it's hard, in that kind of person interest, in money, Gold and Diamonds, to find the inner strength, by all these things we have to do, in the days structure!
      We have to change our world and that is one of the most important moves, to move yourself in a right way of thinking, being and living!
      One eye on your own and one eye on the worlds unbalance! And the third eye on the spirit, which is in most of humans, under control of making money or looking TV or hearing Mediashitstuff!

    My knees ache , borderline hurt, when in a kneeling position with toes dorsi-flexed. Also my feet really hurt in that position too. Thank you for these. Hoping the general stiffness and malaise in my body will subside with regular practice. Today is my second workout. Yesterday I followed along to this one. th-cam.com/video/KpJ5V2hRQKs/w-d-xo.html I really liked that one too but found the same issues. Was hoping I would not be sore today and minus a little tightness in my left hip and lower back nothing to complain about.
    So I have completed day 2 of my 30 day challenge to Movement Parallels Life workouts.
