Also it was explained while EXTREMELY selfish for Bulma obviously...the reason she keeps making wishes and not letting anyone else use them is to keep them out of people like Frieza's hands who'd use it for immortality (of course no one knew he had changed his mind since then but still a valid point) but it is a true point, if someone evil had a way to track the balls if they were left alone, no one would be able to stop them from gathering them all...plus if they had to repair the earth or bring people back PROBABLY better to wait a year after the threat was gone to wish them back then have a Buu situation while they revived people but the threat was still around and a version of Buu rekilled many of those people

@@YujiUedaFan have to disagree there, even something that's nothing to us older people with some bed rest could be potentially fatal for a baby...that's why parents get into HUGE hysterics if their baby gets even the slightest bit sick, their immune system hasn't been built up yet and something as simple as a small cold could turn into a BAD fever or worse...now Pan is quarter Saiyan and she is definitely made of sterner stuff, but in the end Pan at the time was still a baby and you just can't predict what that cold could do to a baby if it was allowed to progress...hell there's always the possibility even if she recovered it could have messed with her immune system growing up...point of the matter is, you want your baby to have more healthier days then spending even a minute sick
