Can you tell me if this foot and feed dog would work on a Kingmax 0302? I’ve been told it’s basically a clone of the Juki 1181, but I think it looks more like a Jack H2. Almost identical.
What kind of screw driver did you use to change them? I just got mine in the mail and even the shortest screw driver I have is too tall (1/2” tall tops) to fit under there to get the screws out and change the feed dogs.
Smooth feed dogs are great on leather. BUT on that particular machine they're close to worthless. That machine doesn't have needle feed. Nothing to key all the parts together when feeding the work. The slightest pull or tug/resistance on your workpiece will cause irregular stitches. Would work to a degree on small pieces you can hold in your fingertips. What you did on your scrap piece looks good though.

Yes all Juki 1181 feet fit our Kingmax GC0302 (1181 clone)
"...had them made from a template..." is a bit vague. could you elaborate?
Steve, what foot is on there? I don’t think I have that.

Wiha #302. Here are the measurements on the screwdriver. 0.8x4.0x150mm
@@Sewinggold I guess I don’t understand. Those are all very long. Nothing fits in this tight space for the back screw.
@@Six-Stitches right angle screwdriver ratchet ones I know its a old comment but yeah maybe someone else comes upon this comment
I’m going to check your site for this! But what thread are you using? And do you sell it?
I am using Amann StrongBond T70. Here is the link. sewinggold.com/product/strongbond-thread/
